When I first started out, I only offered one-on-one training. And I still believe that’s where the deepest progress happens — it’s focused, personalized, and it helps you build real strength in a way that’s safe and sustainable.

But over time, I noticed something: even people who were making great progress would fall off. Not because they didn’t care, but because life gets busy, motivation dips, and sometimes personal training just isn’t enough to keep the momentum going on its own.

That’s why we introduced BODYBURN group training — not to replace personal training, but to complement it. BODYBURN Group TRAINING brings energy, variety, and a sense of community. You walk in and you know people, you laugh, you sweat, and it becomes something you actually look forward to.

That combination — a couple of 1-1 personal TRAINING sessions each week to keep you grounded and progressing, plus a few BODYBURN group TRAINING SESSIONS to keep things fun and social — is what helps people stay in the groove. It's cost-effective, it fits into real life, and it keeps you consistent.

Most gyms make you pick one path or the other. At RayFit, we’ve found that blending the two helps people stick with fitness longer — and enjoy it more.

And that’s really the goal: to make training something you want to do, not just something you have to do.

If that sounds like what you’ve been missing, come give it a shot. We’ll help you find the right mix and make it stick.
