Why We Don’t Do “Classes”

You’ve probably noticed we never call BodyBurn a “class.” That’s on purpose.
A class is something you attend. You show up, follow along, maybe break a sweat, and leave without anyone really knowing your name or correcting your form. It’s a format, not a relationship.
That’s not what we do here.
At RayFit, you’re not just in the room. You’re being trained. That means you’re seen, helped, challenged, and supported every step of the way. We’re watching your form, pushing you to grab the heavier dumbbell when you can, helping you scale back when you need to, helping modify and exercise. We know how you move, when you’re tired, and when you’re just in your head.
Training is personal. Classes are generic.
Our trainers aren’t performers or cheerleaders with microphones and poms poms — they’re professionals who care about progress. They learn your name on day one and they’ll remember how you moved last week. They’ll celebrate the days you crush it, and they’ll call you out (with love) when you half-rep your squats.
That’s what makes BodyBurn different. It’s not about choreography. It’s about change.
When you walk into a RayFit session, you’re part of a team. The energy, the music, the jokes, they’re all there. But underneath it all, there’s a plan. A progression. A trainer who knows what you need today to be stronger tomorrow.
So yeah, we don’t do classes. We train groups. Big difference.
If you’re tired of guessing what to do in your workouts, or just going through the motions with no one paying attention come get trained.
We’ll meet you where you’re at. And then we’ll take you further.
