Every few months, we evolve the BodyBurn program. Not to reinvent it, but to keep you learning, progressing, and seeing results that actually last.

Here’s how it works.

BodyBurn runs in 8-week training cycles designed by a lifelong personal trainer and led by certified trainers who know how to teach real form and technique. Over those 8 weeks, you’ll move through carefully structured workouts that build strength, confidence, and muscle safely.

This isn’t a “random workout of the day.”Every session fits into a plan:

Mon / Thu – Chest & Triceps

Tue / Fri – Back & Biceps

Wed / Sat – Legs & Shoulders

Sun – Core & Mobility

We rotate through seven different workouts during the week so you’re always challenged, but never guessing.

Because the programming is intentional, you can train more often without overtraining.Every movement has a purpose and every recovery interval a reason.

We use a mix of dumbbells, TRX, mini bands, super bands, and resistance bands along with eight different non-motorized cardio machines. These are strength-based cardio tools where you control the intensity. No numbers, no calorie tracking. Just real work guided by your own effort.

Everything is low-impact, joint-friendly, and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or starting over, you’ll leave every session knowing exactly what you did and why.

And yes, we still make it fun.The last Sunday of each month we throw down with a live DJ bootcamp.  Community, music, energy, and sweat all in one room.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ve mastered the movements, gained real strength, and built confidence that sticks.

That’s the difference at RayFit.We don’t chase exhaustion. We build consistency. We don’t do random. We do results.

It’s still the best 36 minutes of your day.

Now it’s smarter than ever.

Book a BodyBurn and feel the difference.
